USD/CAD — A Critical Decision Zone 📊 The setup isn't about predicting the next candle. It's about waiting for confirmation. USD/CAD has broken its 4H descending trendline and is now testing the 1.3890–1.3910 resistance zone. At the same time, price is respecting the larger 1D ascending trendline, creating a key higher-timeframe decision area. What I'm watching: • Resistance rejection • Possible H&S development • Lower-timeframe bearish confirmation • Reaction from the 1D trendline 🔴 Bearish scenario Rejection + bearish confirmation could open the way toward: 1.3800 → 1.3750 → 1.3700 🟢 Bullish scenario A clean 4H close above resistance followed by a successful retest would weaken the bearish thesis and favor further upside. ❌ Invalidation: Sustained acceptance above the resistance zone.
