PSYCHOLOGY = 80% OF TRADING 🧠 Strategy is 20%. Psychology is 80%. You already know BOS, OB, FVG — but you still lose. Why? Mindset. What is Psychology in Trading? Psychology is the mindset you have when approaching trading/business. 1. The way you think about problems as they arise 2. The way you act — emotionally, instinctually, or with sense Why you need it? We need psychology in order to do actions that provide us with the desired results. Without psychology you: → revenge trade after a loss → overtrade out of boredom → cut winners too early (fear) → hold losers too long (hope) 3 Types of Actions: 1. Emotional Action (Lose) FOMO, Revenge, Fear → Blows accounts 2. Instinctual Action (Lose) Gut feeling without plan → Gambling 3. Sensible Action (Win) Process-based, Checklist, Risk-managed → Consistency Emotional Cycle you must break: Hope → Euphoria → Anxiety → Denial → Panic → Capitulation → Despair → Hope Master your emotions → Make rational decisions → Consistent results Fix Your Psychology: ✅ Journal every trade (not just PnL) ✅ Follow checklist, not feelings ✅ Risk 1% max per trade ✅ Accept loss as business cost ✅ Process > Profit Your strategy doesn't need fixing. Your mindset does. Comment "MINDSET" — I'll send you my psychology checklist Save this for when you tilt 🔖 Follow @forex_.vault #tradingpsychology #forexmindset #tradermindset #psychology #forexvault discipline
