My heart still hesitates to accept that tomorrow, you’ll give us your last tango in an Argentina jersey. 💔🇦🇷 When we first heard that you would eventually retire, a part of me kept comforting myself like a little child — “No, Leo will continue. He’ll be there for the next FIFA World Cup too.” I held on to that hope for as long as I could. But now, knowing that tomorrow you’ll play your last match for Argentina… it doesn’t just hurt. It shatters my heart. 🥹💔 You were the first idol I ever truly admired, and you gave me some of the most beautiful memories I’ll cherish forever. From watching you play to celebrating every goal, every magical moment, every World Cup — being a Messi fan has been a part of my childhood and a part of who I am. ❤️ And yes, I know I’ll get to see you at a Miami match someday, but somehow… the Argentina jersey hits different. 🇦🇷 Every World Cup, I had this little tradition — collecting Argentina Coca-Cola cans, drinking my way through the tournament just to keep them. 😂❤️ It may sound silly, but those cans became tiny pieces of my childhood and memories of cheering for the country that gave the world you. And I’ll continue that tradition for as long as I can. Thank you, Leo, for giving me a childhood filled with dreams, emotions, and unforgettable memories. Thank you for being my first idol and for making me fall in love with football in a way I never could have imagined. Tomorrow, I’ll cheer for you with the same heart I had as that little girl watching you for the first time. One last tango. One last time in that beautiful Argentina jersey. 🇦🇷💙🤍 No matter what comes next, you’ll always be my Leo. And I’ll always cheer for the country that gave the world Lionel Messi. 🐐❤️🇦🇷 Gracias por todo, Leo. Forever your fan. ❤️✨ @leomessi #messi #goatlionelmessi #alvidamessi #ALVIDAMESSI
