Fancy eating some pineapple skin? Scientists at King's College London are encouraging people to eat more fruit and vegetable scraps like peels and stalks, which usually end up in the bin. They found these parts contain more fibre than the sections people typically eat. Pineapple skin and core, for example, contains five times more fibre than the flesh. But will you be adding it to the menu? Tap the link in @BBCNews's bio to find out which other fruit and vegetable skins, seeds and cores have high levels of fibre. #BBCNews
