Rhun ap Iorwerth has shared a "long list of demands" for Andy Burnham in his first Plaid Cymru conference speech as First Minister. He called for policing and justice, rail infrastructure and welfare powers to be devolved to the Welsh government. According to BBC Wales political editor Gareth Lewis, the "historic moment" was followed by opposition parties calling for him to focus on the powers the Welsh government already has, such as tackling NHS waiting lists and improving education. Burnham says he's willing to give the ideas a "fair hearing" when the pair meet later this month. #WalesPolitics #Wales #BBCWalesNews
