Summer has made a brief return in parts of the UK. 🥵 Temperatures have climbed above 28C at Kew Gardens, London, in a burst of late September warmth, according to the Met Office. Many other parts of south-east England have reached the low to mid-20s Celsius with high teens or low-20s in many other parts of the UK. This is around 3 to 7 degrees above the average for the time of year. But, some areas have experienced cloudy conditions and a few showers, especially in the northern half of the country.
