These runners had to wade through waist-deep flood waters. 😳 Parts of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut were hit by flash flooding over the weekend, leading to water rescues, stranded motorists and a half-marathon being delayed. Connecticut officials said parts of the state saw up to seven inches of rain in a very short period of time.
