UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham says he wants to avoid “crude cuts” when attempting to reduce the cost of the welfare system. Government data forecasts the UK will spend £353bn on welfare benefits this financial year. Tap the link in @BBCNews’s bio to find out what else he said. #Welfare #AndyBurnham #BBCNews
