British rapper Yung Filly will face a retrial for rape in Australia next June after a jury failed to reach a verdict during an earlier trial. In July, a jury acquitted the 31-year-old - whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos - of three counts of rape, one of assault and one of strangulation but found him guilty of two assault charges. No decision was reached for three other rape charges, which he has denied. Sentencing for the two assault charges that the jury found Barrientos guilty of in July will take place after the retrial.
