The former Bosnian Serb military leader, Ratko Mladic, has died, a UN official has said. The 84-year-old was serving a life sentence in The Hague in the Netherlands for genocide and crimes against humanity committed during the early 1990s. Known as the "Butcher of Bosnia", Mladic directed his troops to commit Europe's worst atrocities since the Second World War. Tap the link in @BBCNews’s bio to find out more.
