"Oh my god." A construction worker in Nepal filmed the moment that they had to flee from a massive flash flood on the Nepal-Tibet border. More than 800 people are missing and at least 270 have died in Nepal, with rescue efforts complicated by rain and geography. In Tibet, at least 558 people are missing, with three confirmed dead though it's not clear if these figures overlap with Nepal's.
